    Pakistani Vegetarian Recipes

Here you'll find all my vegetarian-friendly recipes from Fatima Cooks. These recipes include vegetable-based curries, such as Aloo Palak, lentil and legume-based curries, like Aloo Chana, paneer-based curries, such as Paneer Jalfrezi, and rice-based vegetarian recipes, such as Matar Pilau. This collection even has a variety of vegetarian desserts, such as Sooji Ka Halwa (semolina pudding). There's something for everyone here, I daresay even for the meat-eaters!

Hi, I'm Fatima! When I set out to learn Pakistani cooking, I struggled BIG TIME. When I did eventually get the hang of it, I decided to start Fatima Cooks - to help others learn without the struggles I had to go through!
